AuthorScout provides research estimates, marketplace data, dashboards, MCP access, and tracking tools. It does not guarantee sales, rankings, profit, or publishing outcomes.
2. Account terms
Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use one account on one active device unless AuthorScout states otherwise.
3. Free and Pro plans
Free features and limits may evolve. Pro is a recurring subscription that adds higher limits and premium research features.
4. Payment and cancellation
Charges are handled by the checkout provider. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the paid billing period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, circumvent limits, share access, reverse engineer private systems, or use AuthorScout to violate Amazon's terms or applicable law.
6. Data
Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
AuthorScout may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted access to third-party data sources.
8. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthorScout is not liable for indirect publishing losses or decisions made from estimates.
