Audible & ACX Royalty Calculator
Calculate audiobook royalties with ACX's current 2026 rates and the real values on your statement.
Audiobook royalty calculator
Use the value shown on your ACX statement. Audible controls retail pricing, so runtime is not used to invent an exact sale price.
50% of actual net receipts · Current model · titles accepting offers from 26 May 2026
Cash uses actual net receipts; membership uses Average Member Value. Runtime pricing would only be illustrative, so it is intentionally excluded.
Review ACX’s royalty rules →ACX royalties, explained.
Use the result as a practical planning estimate, then verify final values on the publishing platform.
Which value should I enter from my ACX statement?+
Use actual net receipts for a cash sale or Average Member Value per unit for a membership listen.
Why does the calculator not ask for runtime?+
Audible controls the final retail price. Runtime can suggest a broad price range, but it cannot produce an exact royalty.
What changed in May 2026?+
New offers use 50% for exclusive distribution and 30% for non-exclusive distribution. Royalty Share splits the exclusive royalty equally.
Can I calculate a legacy title?+
Yes. Choose the clearly labelled legacy model for eligible existing titles during the 2026 transition period.
